We would like to say a big thank you to all the Staff at Laxfield House that took such great Care of our friend - we are sure that your great care made his time with you much more comfortable!

Words cannot convey how thankful I am for the amazing care you gave my husband - the care you gave him was second to none! - How lucky one is to live in such a lovely part of the world surrounded by such caring people - A very big Thank you!

I left my loneliness behind and did not expect to be happy again, but I was wrong!

Thank you so much for the wonderful care and love that Mum had whilst at Laxfield House - we know it was not her real home, so very nearly and definitely the next best thing!

We were all so relieved when my husband took up residence at Laxfield House, and although his stay was unexpectedly short - it was truly perfect. Everyone took such care and trouble to meet his needs, however eccentric, and his room reflected his personality even in so short a time, which was only possible through the efforts of all the staff. I cannot praise you enough - you truly made a difference which I will never forget! Thank you

I would like to thank you all at Laxfield House for the loving care that you gave my sister. The standard of care was excellent and you all went that 'extra mile' to ensure she was always happy and comfortable. My family can never thank you enough for what you did - you made us, her family and friends, always so very welcome. I knew, when I first visited Laxfield House, that I had found the most suitable Home to meet my sister's needs. It's homely atmosphere, cheerful staff, beautiful gardens and warm welcoming is underpinned by a professionalism of care. Grateful thanks to everyone. 

My wife and I are most impressed with the care, food and kindness of all of your staff in your Home. Having left hospital in some pain, it was a great relief to find such a peaceful place to recover with lovely gardens to sit in.

My aunt was a resident in Laxfield House and recently died age 97 years. The nursing care she received, especially just before she died, was always professional and to the very highest standard. ALL the staff always went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable, content and felt at home. The support from the staff the family received was so appreciated in the weeks before she died and we were always included in all the decision making to do with my aunt's care. Laxfield House is a really wonderful place to be as you grow older and more infirm and I would highly recommend it. 

I have visited a number of homes throughout the country, both bad and good, but I am extremely impressed with everything about Laxfield House. It is a real pleasure to visit there. Everyone is welcoming and there is a great balance between vigilance to the needs of the residents and allowing them their privacy. The atmosphere is superb and I am always impressed by there being no smells as one often encounters in other homes. Every manager in the country should visit and learn from Laxfield House.

My mother has been a resident of Laxfield House for 3 years and I cannot praise the whole caring team enough. They treat each resident as individuals and always have time for a smile and chat. They celebrate birthdays and any other excuse for decorating the conservatory and kitchen staff cook wonderful food.

I am writing to thank you and all the staff at Laxfield House for the exemplary way that you looked after my Mother - not only superbly professional, but also wonderfully caring and sympathetic, you have all been brilliant.

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful way that you cared for my Mother and for your professionalism combined with real compassion.

The great attention to detail in all areas and the care that mum received gave us the great assurance and comfort that she was in the right place when her own home was no longer the option.

I have had a long association with Laxfield House, dating from my late husband's first mother-in-law who came to be cared for there many years ago. My parents came there when the first extension was built as my mother needed nursing care. After her death there my father chose to stay on although he could have managed life on his own outside, He has never regretted his decision and now, at 98, he receives nursing care and his room with his own furnishings is a real home from home.

 I would like to thank you all on behalf of my Mother for making her birthday so very special.

I would like to thank you personally so very much for how well you looked after my Godfather, he always spoke so highly of you all for your relentless care and kindness to him.

We can't praise the Management / nursing staff and carers highly enough - nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Family and visitors are always made to feel very welcome. We highly recommend Laxfield House to anyone looking for a caring and safe environment for their elderly relative. 

Laxfield House has a great number of genuine 'carers' on its staff; by that, I mean individuals who really do care about the residents. The 'surroundings' to the care home, the garden, the conservatory, are wonderful facilities for the residents, and add greatly to the 'within room' care that each resident receives.

The care home is excellent and the support from the staff is second to none.

My parents were able to share a double room whereas most nursing homes do not provide this facility and they were treated very kindly by everyone - nothing was too much trouble, even visitors were offered tea/coffee and cake on arrival !  All the management and staff were very kind and compassionate. 

We couldn’t wish for a better place for my father to be in and cared for. We will be forever in the debt of the people who make Laxfield House the superb nursing home that it is.
